Festival of Prints Designer Series Paper Stack

Festival of Prints Designer Series Paper Stack  #126904 $6.95
I love this paper stack of designer paper.  It consists of 48 sheets of 4 1/2" X 6 1/2"  paper, 4 each of 12 designs.  Great size for cards....and I love ALL the designs!!!! Wonderful Holiday designs!!!!
Today it's kinda gray and cool....and lately, I've been consumed with getting classes and clubs put together...so thought I would take some time off and play a little on a non project.  I fell in love with this card in the Holiday Catalog....so had to "case" it....It came out very nice, if I do say so myself!!!!  I embossed the Raven and Gate....I haven't embossed in eons!!!!  They really "popped" out!!!

I'm starting to search out recipes that use Zucchini...that time of year....Steven really liked this one!!!

Confetti Beef Skillet
1/2 lb. ground beef
1 medium yellow onion, chopped
1 env. dry Italian salad dressing
1 medium zucchini, shinly sliced
1 (14 1/2 oz.) can Italian-style diced tomatoes, undrained
1 (10oz.) pkg. frozen corn, thawed
1 c. water
1 1/4 c. instant brown rice, uncooked
1/2 c. shredded mozzarella cheese
In a large skillet, brown meat on medium-high heat, drain.  Add onions, cook and stir until tender.  Stir in dressing mix.  Reduce heat to medium-low.  Add zucchini, tomatoes and corn, mix lightly.  Cover, simmer 5 min.  Stir in water.  Bring to a boil on med-high.  Stir in rice, cover.  Reduce heat to med-low, cook 5 min.  Remove from heat, stir, cover and let stand 5 min.  Fluff with fork.  Sprinkle with cheese, cover.  let stand 5 more min., until cheese is melted.  Enjoy and Bon Apetit!!!

  1. Finally made your confetti beef recipe and it was awesome. DT loved it. Used ground turkey instead and fresh corn and tomatoes as I have an abundance. Added a packet of chicken flavor boost. Great meal and will eat it for several meals. Thanks! Feeling like I want to cook again!
