Sycamore Street Designer Series Paper

Sorry, I started using this yummy paper before I had a chance to photograph it....I love this whole bundle of products in the Sale-a-Bration folder.  You can still get it until March 22....contact me with your order!!!!

And, we had a very productive stamp day the last time Stampin' Friends got together...here are 3 more cards that we did as projects!!!  Great birthday cards for guys...something I never seem to have enough of.

The puppies are being couch potatoes today, with all of this snow.....Rusty is mad at us....we put plastic on the slider, his preferred way in and out...and he can't figure out why we won't let him in that way.  The garage door is right next to it...and when we open that one to let him in...he runs away.  Chewy hates to have his picture taken...so he was sleeping here and I got him!!!  He needs a haircut!!!!

This is one of my favorite dips....I just hate making it, there are just so many steps...but it is great for a party!!!
Seven-Layer Bean Dip
1 can (16 oz) refried beans
1 tablespoon taco seasoning
1 (8oz) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 (4.5oz.) can chopped green chiles
1 cup salsa
2 cups shredded lettuce
2 cups shredded cheddar or Mexican cheese
1 can(2.25 oz) slice ripe olives, drained
1 medium tomato, diced
Tortilla chips
In medium bowl, mix beans and taco seasoning.  Spread mixture on large platter.  In another medium bowl, mix cream cheese, and chilies.  Carefully spread over bean mixture.  Top with salsa, lettuce, cheese, olives, and tomato.  Refrigerate, and serve with tortilla chips.  Enjoy and Bon Apetit!!!!

Here's one of my favorite dips...mainly because it is so very easy, and I always have the ingredients on hand!!!  I never bring any home!!!!  I made a double batch for Super Bowl, and we had leftover with a lb. of hamburger meat cooked up in it over macaroni....we call it Spicy Cheeseburger Mac.
Queso Dip
1 lb. (16 oz.) Velvetta, cut into 1/2" cubes
1 10oz can Rotel diced tomatoes & green chillies, undrained
Mix ingredients in 2 qt. microwave bowl.  Microwave on high 5 min.  until velvetta is competely melted, stirring after 3 min.  Serve with fresh vegis, or tortilla chips!!!  Enjoy and Bon Apetit!!!
