OK...let's see, where do I start...been a busy day. Have some cards, a recipe, and some Doll stuff!!!!

Here is the last of the projects that we did at Donna's, weekend before last.

This is one of the cards we did at Melinda's a while back...great Get Well card!!!

And lastly, from Melinda's, great all purpose card!!!
Even though it was a windy day, it was very warm...but Chilli sounded really good for dinner tonight. Found a new, easy recipe. It's a bit more soup like then my stand-by recipe, but it was good!!!
1 lb. ground beef(I use the leanest I can get.)
1/2 cup diced onion
1 large can diced tomatoes
1 can kidney beans
1 TBL. Chilli powder
1tsp. salt.
3 cups water
Brown ground beef in skillet, with onion, Chilli powder and salt. Put the undrained cans of tomatoes, beans and water in a large saucepan, and heat to boiling. Add the meat mixture, and simmer for 1 hour. I made a pan of corn muffins to go with it, and topped it off with a little shredded Montery Jack cheese...Yumm!!! Enjoy and Bon Appetit!!!!
Lastly, here's a picture of our new Doll addition, Sophia, and her summertime outfit!!!!
Cathy, even though I have already had supper, your Chili and muffins looked very good! And your Chicken Enchillada recipe also sounded delicious. I will have to give them both a try sometime.
