Blog Contest....and a big WooHoo!!!

Can you see me doing the Snoopy Happy Dance. I got a job offer this morning for the position at Colorado Engineering...and I am sooo...Happy!!! I start next Monday...and it will be part time to start and move to full time as I take on more responsibility. I love slower starts....seems like you retain more of the information you are learning!!!!

It is also the day we need to pick winners to our blog contest....for the cute little matchboxes with CHOCOLATE!!!!

Another Catch Up Day

Today was one of those days you use to casually catch up on things that need finishing up.....Thought I would post a few things I got for free at the first stop of the Shop Hop last week. We went to Scraps 4 Less. Being a Demonstrator...there wasn't anything I needed to get...although I would have loved to have had it all!!!!

WE hit a Milestome with Rusty....He gets so darn hot this time of year with that beautiful coat of his...and we have never been able to get him into the kiddie pool like we did with Max....but today...after much coaxing...SUCCESS!!!

And he loved it!!! Would only get out when Steven threw the frizbie!!!

A very HOT Day

Hello Ladies....today was one of my Stamp Clubs, annual garage sale....and boy was it hot out. I didn't have much this year...but will again next year as I will have all of these discontinued sets... which I will be posting for all of you on July 1 or there abouts!!! I am also going to be purging more accessories!!! That way I can get more of the new "stuff" to demo for all of you!!! Today I worked on Water Color Wonder Crayons....Boy did the box look empty with all the retiring crayons gone...even with the neutrals added in!!! Remember...if you book a workshop after July 1 you will get one of the brand new catalogs...which , speaking of....mine should be here any day now!!!

Was cleaning up my Stamp area...and came across this forgotten Mother's Day card....

Bummer!!!

Finally had a minute to go thru my stamp sets to see what I had that was being retired....I had thought not many....but they discontinued 122, I think...and I had 62 of those, so more then half....and I tried to do so good this year....fortunatly lots of those were free SAB sets....but still,,,my shelves are bare!!!
Here's the damage that will be up for sale come July 1!!!

Time for a Tip!!!

We haven't done any TIPS in a while....so lets do one now!!!

Here's a fun trick to save paper on these cards: When you use the Scallop Edge Punch, it punches the scallops and gives you the scallop piece, some small scraps of trash, and also a long skinny strip. SAVE that long skinny piece and add it to your design....just FLIP is over and attach it to your design.

One of my Stamp Club...Rocky Moutain Inkslingers did a local Stamp Shop Hop today...adn we had a blast...first we went to Scrap 4 Less...and hopped...then onto My Sentimants Exactly...where I found a ton of Red Hat stamps. when I get them mounted on the Cling, I will post them on here. Then onto Creative Impressions...where Lisa had a fantastic Make-n-Take...thank you Lisa....topped it off with lunch at Marigolds!!!! Fun Day...thanks Ladies!!!!..And Thanks Lisa C. for putting it all together!!!

Today was a very good day...I had a job interview...with a fantastic company...so please say a prayer for me....I would love working with them...it is a very professional environment....and there were so many pluses !!!!!
