  Was so busy last week with the new baby and little granddaughters...I didn't get to post anything from Regionals in Denver.  These are the Make-n-Takes that we did....Not sets I would have chosen...but I love what they can do...so need to re-think that!!!!  Very collagie!!!

This recipe, is from my friend Phyllis....I love it...made it the other night...and then she had it for our get together on Sunday....it is so yummy, and easy!!!! 

Taco Soup

Brown 1 lb. hamburger, drain.  

Add chopped onion....depends on how strong for quantity.

Add the following:

1 can chopped tomatoes

1 can pinto beans(drained)

1 can red beans ()drained)

1 can sliced black olives

1 can corn

1 small can gree chillies

1 pkg. ranch dressing mix

1 pkg. taco seasoning

1 can chicken or beef boullion

1 8oz. pkg. cream cheese

Simmer all day in crock pot or can be heated quickly once hamburger is cooked.  Top with cheese and tortilla chips.  Enjoy and Bon Apetit!!!
