More Club Projects

Hello all...had a great time going with Dee to her Red Hat Event....first we went to the movies and saw "Dear John"....Take your tissues if you go....it was very good....and has a surprize twist!!!! Then we went to lunch at Rock Bottom Brewery....yum....I had an Oriental Shrimp Rice bowl...next time I'm getting the Pot Pie.....did it look soo...yummy...especially since it was lightly snowing again when we got out!!!! Enough of the snow!!!!

Busy Weekend!!!

Boy...it was a busy weekend!!! Started with a class on Saturday...it was a fun class...we did the Scripture Scrapbooks....and we were hard pressed to get all 26 pages done...but we did it....and they all came out so cute. Got to meet a new neighbor...Hi Joye!!!! Glad you came!!!!

Sunday we were supposed to be going to my daughter Kris' house for Super Bowl...and I was just bring a few munchies...then Abbey's basketbal team made it into the district playoffs....Way to go Abbey...she scored the winning point!!!! So Saturdays game was the deciding factor for Sunday...if they lost they played at
2:00, and if they won...it was at 4:00....and they WON!!!! WooHoo!!! Go Girls!!!! but it sorta messed up our Super Bowl Party...so it got moved to here....I'm glad my house was clean!!!! Super bowl was alot of fun....although I didn't think the commercials were all that great(that's themain reason I watch!!!)...Dorrito ones were the only ones I liked.....We were rooting for the Colts...but the Saints did such a great job at the very end....that was OK!!!

Thought I would share some of the projects we did at the stamp club meeting 2 weekends ago....


These are fantastic....and I will share a few more over the next few days!!!

Oh...and it started smowing at about 9:00 Sunday morning...and hasn't stopped....just light snow....but made roads a little messy this morning..I had an Echo Cardiogram at Memorial at 7:30 this morning...then had some Marketing work to do....fortunatly the roads weren't too bad!!! Tomorrow I'm going with Dee to one of her Red Hat Events....so that should be a very fun day!!!

A Mature Type of Card!!!!

Hello all of you Stampers.....You are gonna love this next project....I saw it the other day.....and just knew I had to duplicate it....Dee came over and we did 24 of them for her Red Hat group....and I had done 4 of the Black one's yesterday, and then the pink ones today.....






But no wait....you have to flip it over to see the backside :)

SWAPS!!!

Hi All....I got my class on Saturday ALL put together....now I need to work on a card that Dee and I want to do....she's comin' over tomorrow....I will post it after we get some done!!!! It is so stinkin' sexy cute!!!!

And lastly...Kim did these cute favor boxes using the Milk Carton Die in the Occasions Mini....it so so cute....I'm gonna have to get this one!!!!

I see the Light!!!

You know when you get stressed out because you think maybe you haven't given yourself enough time to get a project done.....and then you realize....hey, I'm gonna make it.!!!! I had an aha moment like that a few moments ago. I have 8 pages times 5 left to do, and then covers for 5...and I will be done...and I'm gonna make it baring any major events!!!! WooHoo!!!! So now I can relax a little and get some things posted!!!!

I finished up the sample for the Photo Fan Mini Class last night...her it is...it came out really cute!!!! Great as a mother, or MIL gift.

This class meets on Tuesday, April 6, 6:30 at my house. Cost is $5.00 and the deadline is 3/30/2010. Hope you can make it....these would be great for Easter or Mother's Day gifts!!!


Then the rest of these are cards we made just playing around with product that Sue brought to the Rocky Mountain Inkslingers meeting....I love the scrunchy flower...will have to use that one!!! Thanks Sue!!!

Finally getting caught up....

Hello all.....I have a Scripture Scrapbook A to Z Class on Saturday...and it is quite the project to get together. I didn't want to start cutting up paper until I had a final count....3 coming, and 2 kits....and so NOW I am scrambling to get 26 pages times 5, and 5 sets of covers put together....you should see my studio....paper everywhere!!!! I work a little and then I play a little.....:) That's what I love about this job!!!!

I did get the March Madness Mini Class put together.

This is the first in my series of Mini Classes....fun, short, inexpensive classes.....I have found tons of material to show you all!!!! This is the March Madness Mini Class, and it meets on Monday, March 8, 6:30 at my house.....Cost is only $5.00....and I need to know if you will be joining us by 3/1/2010 so that I can prep for it!!! Hope you can join us....And if you can't...and let me know your are still interested...I can put together a kit for it...cost is the same!!!!

Busy, Busy Weekend!!!

Whewwww....it was a good, but busy weekend. Started with Doctor's appointments on Friday morning, then Steven had a Memorial/Lunch that he went to, and he was doing the slide presentation, so I went along to help. Cooked and prepped all day Saturday for our Birthday Dinner for Nick on Saturday nite, and my Stamping Frineds lunch on Sunday. Dinner was great on Saturday.

Sunday was great....we had a full house with 13 of us stamping. Whewww,....that, I think is the max my poor little studio can hold!!!!

But I think alot of fun was had by all.....I know I sure needed the day!!!! I will post the projects and swaps over the next few days!!!!
