Sausage Egg and Biscuit Casserole
1 Can Buttermilk biscuits
1 Lb. sausage
1 C. shredded Mozzarella
1 C. shredded cheddar
3/4 C. milk
salt & pepper
Cut biscuits into 6-8 pieces and place in a greased 8 X 8 pan, brown sausage and drain, spread over the biscuits. beat eggs, add milk and salt/pepper, and pour over sausage. Sprinkle with cheeses, Bake 425F for 30-35 min. Let sit 5 Min. Enjoy and Bon Apetite!!!!

Cleaning out my mailbox...here are some cards I found that you all sent to me!!! Love the Work of Art one!!! So creative. The violet flower one, was a actually a card I made...hubby gave it to me for my b-day....I get to make my own b-day cards!!!!
If you like peanut butter....you will love this!!!!
Hot Fudge Peanut Butter Pie
1 Chocolate graham cracker crust
1 C. peanut Butter
1 (8 oz) pkg. cream cheese, room temp
1 tub (12 oz) Cool Whip
1 jar (11.75 oz) hot fudge topping
1/2 C sugar
2 TBL. Hot fudge
2 TBL peanut butter
In large bowl, beat peanut butter, cream cheese, and sugar till creamy. Fold in 3 C. Cool Whip. Spoon mixture into crust, and smooth to edges. Remove 2 TBL. hot fudge from jar, and reserve in a zip lock bag. Heat remaining hot fudge according to directions. Spread on top of peanut butter layer. Refrigerate pie until serving time. At serving time, carefully spread remaining Cool Whip on top of pie. Knead hot fudge in baggie, cut tiny hole in corner, and pipe over pie. repeat with 2 TB. peanut butter. Serve....Enjoy and Bon Apetite!!!
